Multi-Professional Leadership Programme

This six-month programme is designed to support colleagues to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to lead with confidence, compassion and accountability. Grounded in the NHS Leadership Model and the NHS Leadership Way, this programme aims to empower the workforce to influence positive change, support colleagues and deliver better outcomes for patients and communities.

This programme is aimed at those who have recently started a leadership role or aspire to progress into such a role. This six-month funded leadership programme is designed to equip the diagnostic and radiography workforce with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead effectively within the NHS. Participants will engage in a blended learning journey combining workshops, reflective practice, one-to-one mentoring with a senior leader from the South West, portfolio development, and dedicated face-to-face development days held in Plymouth and Taunton.
